Warranty Policy

At RealTEK Automation (DBA InnoStak), we stand behind the quality of our services and solutions, including InnoSuite and our AI-powered tools. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we provide support and warranty coverage for the services rendered to our clients.

1. Warranty Coverage


RealTEK Automation (DBA InnoStak) warrants that the services provided, including but not limited to CRM solutions, InnoSuite, workflow automation, AI tools, and custom development, will be free from defects in workmanship and performance for a period of 45 days from the date of delivery or completion of the project.

2. Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers:

- Functionality of the delivered services according to the agreed project scope.

- Fixes or repairs required due to errors in coding, integrations, or implementation that were caused by RealTEK Automation (DBA InnoStak) during the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover:

- Issues arising from client misuse, unauthorized changes, or modifications made by third parties.

- Defects or errors caused by third-party software or services, including updates or changes made to CRM platforms, APIs, or other integrated systems.

- Problems resulting from external factors such as network outages, hardware malfunctions, or misuse of the system.

- Services or tasks outside the originally agreed-upon scope of work.

3. Warranty Claims


To initiate a warranty claim, you must contact RealTEK Automation’s support team within the warranty period. Please provide the following details:

- A description of the issue or defect.

- Documentation or screenshots, if applicable.

- Any relevant project details (e.g., invoice or project number).

4. Remedy

If the issue falls within the scope of this warranty, RealTEK Automation will, at its discretion:

- Repair or fix the issue at no additional charge.

- Re-perform the services to meet the agreed-upon specifications.

If the defect cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, and if deemed appropriate by RealTEK Automation, the company may refund the portion of the payment related to the defective work.

5. Limitation of Liability


The total liability of RealTEK Automation (DBA InnoStak) under this warranty is limited to the amount paid for the services that are the subject of the claim. Under no circumstances will RealTEK Automation be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty is void if:

- The client or a third party modifies or alters the delivered services without the consent of RealTEK Automation (DBA InnoStak).

- The issue arises from non-standard use, improper installation, or client misuse of the services.

- Any external factors, including but not limited to third-party systems or software failures, contribute to the problem.

7. Warranty Period


The warranty period begins on the date the services are delivered or the project is completed and extends for 45 days. Any claims submitted after the expiration of the warranty period will not be eligible for coverage.

8. Changes to Warranty Policy


RealTEK Automation (DBA InnoStak) reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client's responsibility to review the policy periodically.
